Past woundings. Just as fear can immobilize us, so can past woundings. If we feel we have been treated unjustly, we may not be able to trust God or others enough to stay in our covenant place. We must come to a place of forgiveness and then allow God to heal and soothe those places where we have been too wounded to move forward.
